Survivor of Air India crash jumped out of emergency exit, police say he is in stable condition

 The sole survivor of the recent Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, identified as British national Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, Survivor of Air India crash jumped out of emergency exit, police say he is in stable condition and may be discharged within days. 


Dr. Rajnish Patel, head of surgery at Ahmedabad Civil Hospital,  Ramesh is "not very critical" despite some internal bleeding.

Ramesh is experiencing post-traumatic amnesia, making it difficult for him to recall the crash in detail. He remembers a loud noise, then being outside and surrounded by bodies. The plane crashed into a dining area of a medical school near the airport.

Dr. Patel noted that other patients admitted from the crash site were either deceased or had minor injuries, with no other critical survivors from the incident.
