A full verbal report will be submitted directly to FIFA’s Ethics Committee, accusing the Senegalese federation of violating Article 15 of FIFA’s Disciplinary Code — an act of defiance by celebrating a title revoked by CAF’s Appeal Jury.

Morocco claims this is a clear breach of FIFA’s Code of Ethics, calling it disrespectful behaviour that challenges the authority of international football bodies.
