CAF have reportedly requested Sadio Mané to hand back his AFCON Best Player award

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐃: CAF have reportedly requested Sadio Mané to hand back his AFCON Best Player award, with plans to award it to Brahim Díaz instead. 

Reports also claim the trophy is currently with the Senegalese military. 🇸🇳

Mané has firmly rejected the request, insisting he earned it on the pitch, not through decisions made off it.
