Influencer Khaby Lame has signed a massive $975 million deal

Influencer Khaby Lame has signed a massive $975 million deal, granting rights to use his personal brand, Face ID, voice ID, and behavioral models to develop an AI-powered digital twin.

Lame began posting on TikTok in 2020 after losing his job.

He now boasts more than 350 million followers across all platforms. The agreement is an all-stock transaction with Rich Sparkle Holdings, valued just under $1 billion.

According to Complex, "[Lame] has also authorized the creation of an AI-powered digital twin. A digital twin is a virtual replica of a real entity be it a person, place, or object."

To build it, Lame is allowing Rich Sparkle to replicate his facial features, voice patterns, and mannerisms. This will enable the company to produce multilingual content or even conduct virtual livestreams featuring his digital counterpart.
